Ham & Cheddar Quiche

INGREDIENTS
- 1 pre-made pie crust 
- 1 cup smoked ham, cut into 1/4-inch cubes 
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar 
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack 
- 1 green onion, chopped thinly 
- 3/4 cup heavy cream 
- 6 large eggs 
- Salt & pepper to taste 
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375° 
- Combine ham, sharp cheddar, Monterey Jack, and green onions in a small bowl and scatter into the pie crust 
- In a large bowl, whisk together heavy cream, eggs, salt, and pepper. Pour egg mixture over filling in pie crust. 
- Bake until just set in the center, about 40 minutes. 
- Let cool for 15 minutes and enjoy!
